Leveling cross country and track & field competition in Indiana

At the high school level, proper running shoes can make a meaningful difference in an athlete’s ability to compete, potentially improving a 5K time by up to 30 seconds. Unfortunately, many talented athletes are limited not by ability or effort, but by the cost of proper footwear. Ike’s Spikes Indy was created as a statewide initiative to address this gap by collecting and redistributing running spikes to student-athletes in need across Indiana.
