Reaching out to predominately donor schools
The National Council of Nonprofits states that "a fiscal sponsor is a nonprofit organization that provides fiduciary oversight, financial management, and other administrative services to help build the capacity of charitable projects." We are working on getting nonprofit benefits from Hack Club.
Next, monetary donations brought in through fundraising will strictly go towards shipping costs and any expenses that solely help the spikes initiative.
We will soon be connecting and collaborating with schools that will be donating spikes, including our own Zionsville HS. When we have some stock, we will follow through with reaching out to schools and athletes to help.
Ike'sSpikesIndy is constantly working on upcoming projects to further our cause. We will reach out to as many teams as possible, prioritize emails and questions, and explore any opportunities that can improve our model. We truly do value your contribution and any questions you have, and you make a difference in athlete's lives simply by spreading our word.
